4.5.4 Removing the Intake Fan/PBS Fan/AC Cable/RC Board Assy.

„

Removing the Intake Fan

1). Remove the six screws (C.B.P-TITE SCREW,2.5X10,F/ZN-3C) that secure the Intake 

Duct, and remove the Intake Duct from the Lower Case.

2). Remove the two Fastening Plate A from the Intake Duct.
3). Remove the four screws (two each: C.B.P-TITE SCREW,3X12,F/ZN-3C) that secure the 

two Intake Fans from both the sides of the Intake Duct, and remove the Intake Fans.

4). Remove the two Intake Fan Sheet (one each) from the Intake Fans.
5). Remove the two BS Sheet FIF (one each) from the Intake Duct.

Removing the PBS Fan/AC Cable

6). Remove the screws (C.B.P-TITE SCREW,2.5X10,F/ZN-3C) that secures the PBS Duct, 

and remove the PBS Duct together with the PBS Fan from the Lower Case.

7). Remove the CB Relay Cable from the PBS Fan.
8). Remove the Ferrite Core of the AC Cable from the fastening hole on the Lower Case, 

and remove the AC Cable.

9). Remove the Intake Fan Cushion A from the Lower Case.

Removing the RC Board Assy.

1). Remove the RC Board Assy. from the Lower Case.
2). Remove the TH Cable FIF from the RC Board Assy.
