Checking Printer Status
While your document is printing, your printer software reports
how the job is doing. See the section for your operating system
below.
Windows 95
After you send a print job in Windows 95, the Progress Meter
dialog box appears on your screen:
The Progress Meter shows the progress of your print job and
the status of your printer. You can use the buttons to cancel,
pause, or restart your print job. You can select whether to
display the Progress Meter dialog box or not; see page 4-2 for
instructions. If you installed Status Monitor 2, you also see
information about how much ink you have left. See page 4-5
for more information about Status Monitor 2.
