Your Software Isn’t Working Correctly
If the application program does not start,
check that you are following the correct
procedure for starting the program, and
that it is installed correctly.
If the program is running, see the online
help to assist you in diagnosing the
problem.
If you have entered a command that you
want to stop, press
Ctrl Alt Del
and follow
the instructions on the screen.
If none of these solutions solves your
software problem, contact the software
manufacturer for technical support.
Your Infrared Port Isn’t Communicating
Make sure you have the infrared utility
software running and check the software
utility’s communications indicator to see
if the port is active. The IrDA device polls
for data until it finds another IrDA signal.
Check that there is no obstruction
between the ActionNote IrDA port and
the receiving device’s IrDA port. There
must be a clear line of sight between the
two communicating ports.
