4.10 Tilt bending device
You only can tilt the bending device in horizontal position at type ... HV .

Declamp and remove the fixing screws at the machine table

Tilt the bending device into the horizontal position

The bending device has a collateral bearing rail at the stand part

If you move the bending device into the vertical position, do not forget to
screw and attract the fixing screws.
4.11 Recommendations and assistance

The user should have basic knowledge about this type of machine.

A complete bending in one run is not possible. To achieve the desired
radius variable runs are necessary. Closely bows and full radiuses need
always a few runs.

The using personnel is not allowed to wear wide clothes, jewellery, rings
etc. to avoid a contracting into the running machine.

In the case of failures, you have to actuate the emergency Stop control
immediately.
4.12 Working notes
4.12.1 General notes

Remove all unnecessary parts (tool etc.) from the machine

Assure that the running direction of the rolls confirms with the actuated
foot switch

Check the condition of the rolls

Only work with blameless bending rolls and links

Only use links that are adequate fort he work part

Use for transport and storage a transport device with 2 arbors at hat
you can apply the roller sets so that you can extract the part which gets
mounted first

Hold an empty device in readiness fort he roller change
