Software Recovery

The

Software Recovery

tab allows to recover the previous version of Control Software if for some reason the current version of

Control Software isn't working for you.

1. Tap

Settings | Printer Settings | Software Recovery

to open the tab.

→ The following screen appears.

2. Tap

[Recover]

to get back to the previous version of Control Software.

→ The following message appears.

3. Tap

[Recover]

to confirm the Software recovery.

→

The process of software recovery starts.

→ After successful soft

ware recovery, the screen with the

[Reboot]

button appears.

4. To apply changes, reboot the printer. It will reboot automatically in 30 seconds. To reboot the printer manually,

tap

[Reboot]

.

Download Log Report

The

Download Log Report

tab allows to download the log report with all the printer information to the USB-drive.

Prerequisite:

•

USB-drive has been connected to the printer.

1. Tap

Settings | Printer Settings | Download Log Report

to open the tab.
