4-4 Temp Probe
You may know the conditions to the monitor of current temperature,
extended sensor, and the value of temperature under Temp. Probe tab.
Name: Give a name to environment sensor.
Monitor: Enabled environment monitor. When outside temperature or reaches
set up value, system will send out email letter and short message to related
managers.
Extended:
It’s extended sensor if marked.
Status: There are six conditions of PDU Status: Normal, Connected and not
monitor, Warning, Not warning, Disconnected, and Disconnected and not
monitor.
Monitor Normal:
“Offline Monitor” is checked. And external
temperature is not higher than
“High Alarm” or lower than “Low Alarm”
setting.
Monitor Alert:
“Offline Monitor” is checked. And external temperature
is higher than
“High Alarm” or lower than “Low Alarm” setting.
Monitor Off-line:
“Offline Monitor” is checked. Temperature Probe is
not connected to PDU now.
Non-Monitor Normal:
“Offline Monitor” is not checked. And external
temperature is not higher than
“High Alarm” or lower than “Low
Alarm
” setting.
Non-Monitor Alert:
“Offline Monitor” is not checked. And external
