How to Recover Pixel Triton?
If the Pixel Triton:
•
Crashes
•
Is assigned an IP address that cannot be
accessed by the local network or that
cannot be discovered
NMU can be used to recover the device as the unit
does not contain a hardware reset button
Note:
Pixel Triton is only supported by NMU V1.92 and above.
Please follow these steps:
1.
Pixel Triton should be connected physically by
an Ethernet cable directly to the computer on
which you will run NMU.
2.
Open NMU. If prompted with multiple network
interfaces, select the correct one to which the
Pixel Triton is connected to
3.
Press the Discovery button
4.
Once found, select Pixel Triton and use the
Recovery option under the File tab
5.
Press Yes when prompted to confirm
If not found select Pixel Triton as the device type
to recover and type in the serial number of the
device e.g.:0050C2FFFF25
