6.4.3 Configuring Security

Enable security options on the wireless network to prevent intrusions to systems on the wireless network.



SSID Selection

Select the wireless network group to

change the wireless security settings for.



Broadcast SSID

Enable or disable broadcast SSID.

Choose whether or not the wireless group is visible to
other members.



Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM)

Enable or disable quality of

server (QoS) to optimize the streaming for bandwidth
sensitive data such as HDTV video streaming, online
gaming, VoIP, videoconferencing, and etc.



Encryption

Select the encrypt type for the router.

Click

Apply

to save the settings.
