8 Getting Started
This section explains how to navigate the menus and do basic connection, monitoring and control func -
tions using the LCD screen, and the web user interface of the FXM HP controller.
8.1 Navigating the FXM HP User Interface
Both the web and the LCD dashboard provide a summary of system, controller and alarm information.
When you login to the web interface or the LCD, the dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of the
overall system(s).
8.1.1 Logging in to the Controller
You can login to the controller via the LCD or the web interface.
1. Enter the default IP address (192.168.0.90) into the web address bar on the PC.
2. Log in to web interface.
a. Enter the default User Name: admin (or the user name supplied by your administrator).
b. Enter the default Password: admin (or the password supplied by your administrator).
NOTE
:
Once logged in, the session expires after 3 hours, or after 60 minutes with no activity.
