10.1 General information

Repairs are not envisaged for the device.
10.2 Spare parts
All the spare parts for the measuring device, along with the order code, are listed and can
be ordered in W@M Device Viewer ( www.endress.com/deviceviewer ). If available, users
can also download the associated Installation Instructions.
Measuring device serial number:
Is located on the nameplate of the device.
10.3 Return
The measuring device must be returned if the wrong device has been ordered or delivered.
As an ISO-certified company and also due to legal regulations, Hauser is obliged
to follow certain procedures when handling any returned products that have been in
contact with medium. To ensure swift, safe and professional device returns, please read
