The cleaning processes and cleaning control are set in this menu:
•
In the "Configuration" item (see below) you can configure the programme sequences
and
•
In the "Activation" item, you can set the control of the programmes.
You can choose between the following functions for the cleaning programmes:
• Automatic
: Freely programable separately for every weekday.
• Cleaning cycle
: Freely selectable interval lengths.
• PCS (= Process control system)
: Programs can be started externally.
• SCS (= Sensor check system)
: In the event of a sensor alarm, the system is
automatically cleaned or calibrated.
• Power failure programme
: In the event of a power supply failure, the system is
automatically cleaned or calibrated.
You can freely adapt the cleaning programs to your requirements or deactivate them as
necessary (e.g. water, cleaner, additional valve control, number of repeats and step
sequence).
Cleaning programs
You have a choice of
six
programs in total.
•
Programs 1 to 3: Permanently assigned to one function. The cleaning times or repeat
cycles are freely selectable.
•
Programs 4, 5 and 6: User-definable (user programmes). A simple way of
programming is to copy predefined programmes to user programmes and adapt
them.
Select the control for an external additional valve for your device under Order Code item
"External valve control" .
The "Sterilisation" and "Sealing water"* functions are only released on devices fitted with
a control function for an additional external valve.
You can freely use the additional external valve as required in the freely definable user
programmes. For example, for superheated steam, a second cleaner, cooling air,
organic cleaners etc.
