Proline Prosonic Flow 93 PROFIBUS DP/PA

Installation for measurement as single-path insertion version

Determine the installation area (e) on the pipe section:
– Mounting location

– Inlet/outlet run

→

– Space required by the measuring point: approx. 1× pipe diameter.

Mark the middle line on the pipe at the mounting location and mark the position of the first
drillhole (drillhole diameter: 65 mm / 2.56").

Note!

Make the middle line longer than the drillhole!

Cut the first hole, e.g. with a plasma cutter. Measure the wall thickness of the pipe if it is not
known.

Determine the sensor distance.

Note!

Determine the sensor distance as follows:

Run the Quick Setup as described on

SENSORABSTAND function. The transmitter must be installed and connected to the power
