Current values for individual programs:

Go to Menu / System Settings / Remote control
Programs 1 to 10 must be started with a specified fixed current: 11 to 20 mA
The current is applied to current input 2 (2AI:2:24 and 23).
Example: Start program 9 from the control station
Configuration with current output:
1. Go to Menu / Setup / Settings :
2. Run program 9 from the PCS or DCS with current of 0 to 20 mA.
• Emit 1 mA
• Receive 1 mA
• Emit 2 mA
• Receive 2 mA
• Emit 19 mA
• Receive 19 mA
• Emit 21 mA (so that the program is stopped at the end by the system, otherwise the
latest information is not sent.)
The program is run continuously after completion and can continue to run manually via
another combination such as 0 mA, 3 mA or another program current.
Example of a program cycle
1. Go to Menu / Setup / Settings :
2. Start a cleaning program, e.g. Cleaning
3. Start a verification program (e.g. 2-pt verification )
 The PCS or DCS compares the calibration data (e.g. for pH glass sensor: slope,
zero point, mV measured values) with the value defined by the service
department and decides whether or not an adjustment is required.
4. For an adjustment onsite with the control unit, start the program e.g. Pt
adjustment ). To configure in the laboratory, set the mode to maintenance.
5. If you do not wish the next measuring loop to start in the following days, then park
the sensor by selecting the Regeneration program, for example.
6. For the next measuring loop, let the Meas. program run.
 The sensor then moves to the measure position.
