2. Remove the corrugated hose (outer sheathing of the multihose) from the fastener
and the plug.
3. Feed the hoses and cables deeper into the corrugated hose by pulling them out at the
other end. Do this up to the point where you want to shorten the corrugated hose.
4. Now carefully cut into the corrugated hose, taking care not to damage the inner
hoses or cables.
5. Shorten the corrugated hose to the desired length.
6. Now pull the hoses through the fastener and the plug.
7. Secure the corrugated hose at the fastener.
The total length of the hoses to measuring points 1 and 2 may not exceed 10 m (32.8
ft).

For the compressed air control unit for the pumps, connect the enclosed individual
hoses (4 mm (0.16 in) and 6 mm (0.23 in)) as follows:
