• Can not find the firmware version
Press 3 times the "zoom" button
• After formating with the PC in only one NTFS partition,
the unit shows "initializing" constantly
Format the HDD in FAT32 file system
• Can not hear the music during the slideshow
Copy the music into the selected pictures folder
• The delete function does not work
