Configuring Power Advisory (LOI)

This function is not available on the Local Operator Interface.

Frequency profiling functions

There are two frequency profiling functions supported on a level detector with the 
Extended Features Package (EFP) enabled:

Minimum deviation

Maximum deviation

Both functions monitor the sensor frequency change for a defined time duration. An alert is 
generated whenever the maximum frequency variation is smaller or larger than the pre-set 
thresholds (minimum deviation duration or maximum deviation duration as applicable).

Minimum Deviation - The smallest change in Sensor Frequency that must occur during the Minimum Deviation 
Duration in order to prevent an alert from being generated.

Minimum Deviation Duration - the period of time in which the Sensor Frequency must change by more than the 

Minimum Deviation in order to prevent an alert from being generated.

Maximum Deviation - The change in Sensor Frequency occurring during the Maximum Deviation Duration that will 

cause an alert to be generated.

Maximum Deviation Duration - the period of time during which a change in the Sensor Frequency greater than the 

Maximum Deviation will cause an alert to be generated.
