Receiving and viewing a fax

To receive and view a fax:

Click 

 (Start), All Programs, then click Windows Fax and Scan. Windows Fax and Scan 

opens.

If Windows Fax and Scan is in Scan view, click Fax in the lower left corner of the window.

To view a fax, click Inbox, then double-click the fax you want to view. The fax viewer opens, 
where you can view and print the fax.
