Set factory defaults
Factory defaults can be reset either through Unit Setup menu option or through button push process
as described below.
1.
Connect terminal to USB
2.
Reset unit
3.
Press test button for 3 seconds
4.
Message on terminal will be displayed to indicate factory defaults are restored.
Configuration Saved!!
Factory Reset Completed!
LED Functionality
Discrete input status is shown on LED only when menu active to conserve battery energy.
OK/pwr LED also indicates internal status or failures:
- red for battery low voltage @ 12.0Vdc
- Radio Faults: PA over-temp, PLL fail, high VSWR, power supply fail or Rx power reduced <5W
- Cell/Sat: Fail to connect to network and TCP connection failed to connect
Receive LED RSSI threshold:
RSSI_THRSH2FSK=-105dB
OK LED Red Status Internal register bits decoder
The status register is an internal register available the in the 415U-1 that gives a view of any internal
errors that occurred and indicated by a red OK LED. If there is a RED OK then go the Diagnostics
menu, then select the Show Internal I/O Values menu item. The status register value will be
displayed with a detailed description in the Diagnostic Menu and as a string of single characters in
the configuration summary screen.
