SELECTING AND CHANGING THE OPERATING MODE



INFORMATION:

•

The default settings are displayed.

•

The settings for the cooking step are lost when you switch to another
operating mode.

•

It is only possible to switch from the operating modes steam, combi-
cooking or convection to the baking modes by using the

Start screen.

When switching, all previously set cooking steps are lost.

Touch the field for the operating mode to select the operating mode.
