STOPPING THE COOKING/BAKING PROGRAM
INFORMATION:
•
When the special Cook & Hold program has been set, after the end of the
last cooking step a signal tone sounds and the special Cook & Hold
program starts. Whilst the special Cook & Hold program is running the
screen for further operation is disabled.
•
The special Cook & Hold program can be stopped prematurely.
To stop the cooking program prematurely:
Select the STOP field.

Remove the cooked product as necessary.
On completion of the cooking program:
1.
Select the STOP field.
2.
Remove the cooked product.

RE-STARTING THE PROGRAM
To re-start or repeat the same cooking program:
Load the combi steamer.

2.
Select the RESTART field for the last cooking program.
3.
The cooking program ends when
the cooking time of the last cooking step has elapsed.

the target core temperature of the last cooking step has been achieved.

4.
Remove the finished cooked product as necessary.
