CLEANING THE BAKING CHAMBER
Requirement
•
Baked goods have been removed.
•
Accessories (e.g. trays) have been removed.
•
The device has cooled down.
Recommended settings and working steps
1.
Remove coarse residue of food and grease.
2.
Start the manual cleaning program.
When using a pressure pump sprayer
3.
Mix the stipulated cleaner with water at a ratio of 1:10 in the pressure pump
sprayer.
4.
Spray the baking chamber with cleaner.
5.
Close the baking chamber door.
6.
Allow the cleaner to take effect until the acoustic signal sounds.
7.
Clean the baking chamber thoroughly, and remove the cleaner with clear
water.
8.
Start the baking program with the following settings to dry the baking
chamber:
Target temperature: 120 °C
–
Target moisture: 0%
–
Baking time: 10 minutes
–
9.
Open the baking chamber door.

CLEANING THE DOOR SEAL
INFORMATION:
Check the door seal regularly for damage and always replace a damaged door
seal immediately.
Working steps
1.
Clean the door seal with a cloth and mild degreasing cleaning agent by hand.
2.
Remove the cleaning agent with clear water.
