BAKING IN CONVECTION MODE
4.3.1
BAKING WITH DRY AIR
Convection mode with dry air can be used to bake. This operating mode is
suitable for baked goods which are supposed to be crunchy and browned.
4.3.2
BAKING WITH MOISTURE
Hot air with humidification can be used to bake baked goods with hot air. The air
is sporadically humidified.
