Please take care that your request contains the following information:

System / Product part number

System / Product serial number, can be found on the type label on the inner right sidewall or on the
board connector or PCB.

A short description of the faulty behavior of your system
7.2 Returning Defective Products
Please follow these steps before you return any faulty systems or accessory to ELMA Electronic GmbH:
1.
Please contact the ELMA Electronic GmbH RMA team to receive the RMA form via rma@elma.de
2. After receiving the RMA form via e-mail, please fill the form and send it back to the RMA team.
3. Please take care to provide us the name, telephone number and e-mail address of a person we can contract
to obtain more information if necessary.
4. Describe the fault of your system or accessory (as detailed as possible).
5. When returning a system or accessory please take care of the following points:

Pack it securely in its original packaging (if still available)

Enclose a copy of the RMA form with your delivery note
