3.2 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

The WL31 wireless installation procedure is carried out through the following steps:

1.  Preparation of the system.
2.  Radio connection test.
3.  Control panel installation.
4.  Detectors installation.
5.  Sirens installation.
6.  Key pads installation.
7.  Remote controls configuration.
8.  Communicator configuration.

This sequence reduces to the minimum the time required for installation and simultaneously guarantees the best result.

3.3 PREPARATION OF THE SYSTEM

The preparation of the system must be carried out directly in the installation place and it is done in the
following phases:

1. Possible assembly of options and accessories.
2. Powering and acquisition of the different devices.

Warning

: to avoid damaging the electronic circuits it is compulsory to follow this operation sequence.

3.3.1 ASSEMBLY OF OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

Options and accessories are only possible in the control panel. If no options or accessories are being used, move
directly to the

ACQUISITION OF THE DEVICES

at page 26.

First of all open the control panel by unscrewing the screw positioned on the front cover.
The following image shows an open control panel and the position of options and accessories.
