Reset of all codes (hardware from control unit)
Proceed as follows to reset all codes to their default settings if you do not know the Master code:
1. Activate the maintenance status (see
paragraph 6.1 Preparing for maintenance
) and open the control
unit.
2. Set DIP2-SW2 of the CPU to ON.
3. Hold pressed for 10 seconds, or until the OPER LED starts flashing and the COM LED goes out, the
RESET button on the CPU.
4. Release the reset button and wait for the words " INITIALISATION /DEFAULT USERS" to appear on
the keypad.
5. Turn DIP2 back to OFF and the text on the keypad will change to "INITIALISATION IN PROGRESS".

Total reset (hardware)
TOTAL RESET from hardware (DIP switch 3)
This sets all control unit parameters to default, including connectivity.
Procedure:
1. Set DIP switch 3 to the ON position.
2. Press the reset button and keep it pressed (about 5 seconds) until only the OPER LED on the
board flashes, while LED 3V3 continues to remain on for the entire duration of the operation, with
all the others off.
3. Release the reset button. Check the LED sequence: OPER flashing, COM and RUN off.
With keypad
present and working:
1. Wait for the "
INITIALISATION
/ DEFAULT CONFIGURATION

2. Set DIP switch 3 back to OFF while the signal is present, within 1 minute. The total reset
procedure will be aborted after 1 minute has elapsed. The message "INIZIALIZZATION
” pp s
on the display.
3. Wait for the procedure to be completed (approx. 1.5 minutes); if successful, the message
"KEYPAD NOT CONFIGURATED" will appear on the display.
Note: Important: The RESET action is controlled by moving DIP switch 3 from on to off, not by
pressing the "OK" button on the keypad.
Without the keypad
, observe the LEDs on the board.
Disconnect the LAN power cable.
1. Wait (approx. 1 minute) for the COM and RUN LEDs to flash, while the OPER LED lights up
steadily and the CLOUD LED goes out.
2. Return DIP switch 3 to the OFF position within 1 minute. The total reset procedure will be
aborted after 1 minute has elapsed.
3. CLOUD LED lights up, RUN and COM continue to flash, OPER LED continues to stay on.
4. Wait for the procedure to be completed, about 1.5 minutes, if successful: the COM and RUN
LEDs flash, while OPER remains lit.
DHCP is enabled by default. By setting DIP 1 SW2 to ON, you can connect using either the static IP
address 192.168.1.100 or DHCP (see the address acquired from the network to which it is connected).
If the control unit is on a LAN or WIFI network (optional) and goes out on the Internet, after a few minutes
it connects directly to the cloud (see the CLOUD LED on the board) without being registered to an account.
In this case, the app cannot be used but updates are possible.
The operation described restores the board to default settings and the control unit LAN port
address to DHCP.
