Installation of expansion boxes

NOTE:

Expansion box can be used to install EP708 and ER700-RF expansion modules for which there is

not enough space in the control unit. Two models are available: CP/EXP (certified Grade 3) for EP708 and
ER700-RF and CP/EP500 (not certified) for EP708 only.

3.11.1

Positioning of boxes

The boxes must be positioned:
•

in a sheltered environment protected from water and humidity

•

on a dry, flat wall

•

in an indoor location, not subject to excessive temperature fluctuations and protected by the intrusion
alarm system

3.11.2
