CONNECTIONS
Power supply
The siren can be powered directly via fire alarm signalling output (siren output) of the fire control panel
(
figure 3
) after checking the current consumption or it could be powered from a 24V
⎓
service power
output of the control panel or via an auxiliary 24V
⎓
power supply compliant with the standard EN 54-4
(
figure 4
).
Alarm circuit
Connect the siren to the fire alarm supervised signalling circuit of the control panel (siren output)
observing the correct polarity. Connect at the AL OUT terminal blocks the end of line resistor indicated in
the documentation of the control panel. In case of more devices connected in cascade, place the end of
line resistor on the last device of the series only.
