12 CALIBRATION AND ALIGNMENT
Once the barriers are installed, for correct alignment, point the optical units of the transmitters and the receivers towards
each other, adjusting the lens-holders horizontally by moving them manually and vertically using the screws on the front,
above the lens.

12.1 CALIBRATION THROUGH THE OPTICAL FILTER
The calibration can be improved using the supplied filter:
Place the filter in front of the TRANSMITTER optics to be aligned.
We recommend calibration using the filter on long distances and then seeking
the maximum signal.
Place the filter in front of the TRANSMITTER optics to be aligned.
Note: Calibration using the filter is recommended over long distances to
seek the maximum signal.
It is sufficient to use the filter on the TX only, with no need to repeat the
operation on the RX.
