6 Error codes
A fault in the program or in the machine is indicated by an error code on the display.
Some of these error codes can be solved easily without contacting service personnel.

HEAT PUMP LOW PRESSURE The machine indicates the low pressure switch for heat pump is activated.
The error can be restored with the knob when the pressure is restored and the ongoing pro-
gram will continue.
This error can also be trigged if machine is started in a cold environment.
If error is not possible to reset or repeats contact authorized service.

HP HIGH PRESSURE CHECK
COOLING SYSTEM AND
FILTERS
This machine indicates the high pressure switch in the heat pump has been activated.
The error can be restored with the knob when the pressure is restored and the ongoing pro-
gram will continue.
If the error repeats:
1. Check the cooling water supply to machine.
2. Check that the airflow is not obstructed by lint.
3. Check that lint filters are clean.
4. Check machine is not overloaded.

DRYING ERROR WITH RMC
PROGRAM
The longest permitted RMC time has been exceeded. (Applies only to machines with RMC).
The machine is overfilled or the garment is too wet.
12:12 DRYING ERROR WITH AUTOSTOP
PROGRAM The longest permitted automatic stop time has been exceeded. (Applies only to machines with
automatic stop).
The machine is overfilled or the garment is too wet.

AIRFLOW OBSTRUCTED MAIN-
TENANCE NEEDED Machine indicates that internal filters are clogged and must be cleaned.
Contact the responsible/owner of the machine to clean the internal filters according to the
Maintenance manual.
Restart the machine to clear the error message.
12:18 REDISTRIBUTION OF LOAD
NEEDED Machine indicates that load is blocking the airflow.
Redistribute the load.
Restart the machine to clear error message.
20:1
O.H. DRUM MOTOR
The motor is too hot.
The machine will restart automatically when the temperature on the motor is OK (if the door
has not been opened).
30:1 O.H. FAN MOTOR Machine indicates that the fan motor is overheated.
Press the control knob to clear error message.
For other error codes or repeated error codes, disconnect the power for 30 seconds. If the error code keeps coming
back, contact authorized service personnel.
