8 Troubleshooting
8.1 Common questions
Problem What you can do
The drying cabinet does not work
1. Check that the power cord is connected to an electrical outlet.
2. Check that no fuse has been tripped.
3. Did you press the start button?
4. Are the doors closed?
Drying takes a long time
1. Clean the two cleaning filters (must be done after each drying session).
2. Check that the right program was selected for the type of garments in question.
3. Check to ensure the garments are not extremely wet (poorly centrifuged).
4. Check that there is not too much laundry in the cabinet.
The laundry does not get dry
1. Check that the right program was selected for the type of garments in question.

3. The software that controls the drying process requires adjustment. Contact a service
technician.
The sealing strip closes not tight/the door
gaps
1. Check that the cabinet is level. Check with a spirit level and adjust via the adjustable feet if
necessary.
2. Check that the cleaning filters and their holders are correctly installed. The holder should
be pressed against the underlying heat pump unit to seal properly.
3. Make sure that no debris, gravel or the like has ended up under the cleaning filter holder,
as this would prevent it from sealing properly.
The display shows
CLOSE DOOR
1. Check that the door closes fully so that the door switch is actuated. (located along the bot-
tom of the cabinet on the cover plate in front of the heat pump unit).
2. If necessary, try taping the switch in place to check whether the warning disappears from
the display.
8.2 Error codes

ER M 08 Clean the filter in the MASTER unit 100 hours have passed since the last filter cleaning (since the last
time the alarm was reset). The error code relates to the Master unit
(M).
If one of the error codes (Master or Slave) is generated, clean both
cleaning filters.
ER S 08 Clean the filter in the SLAVE unit 100 hours have passed since the last filter cleaning (since the last
time the alarm was reset). The error code relates to the Slave unit (S).
If one of the error codes (Master or Slave) is generated, clean both
cleaning filters.
ER M 10 Check the water pump in the Master unit Contact Service

ER S 12 Communication timeout Contact Service
The Stop button must be held depressed for 5 seconds to reset an error code.
