7. CHAIN
The chain tension must be often checking in order to avoid premature wear of transmission elements (chain,
sprocket, crown…)

The transmission must be often cleaned and lubricate with Motul Chain Clean and Motul Chain Off Road.

The distance between the swingarm and the chain must be 30 and 35 mm.

Assembly the quick link as shown in the picture below, the opened side toward of rear when it is located on
the top of chain passage.
CHAIN TENSION:
The tension chain must be check after each disassembly of wheel rear.
The tension of the chain can be modifying with the 2 excentric adjusters of each side of the motorcycle.
The indication of each excentric adjuster on the swingarm must be the same.
The spring of tensioner must be cleaned and lubricated regurlarly, because it has an important role.
