❾ Remove the snap rise from
its seat.
❿ Tighten the inner tube in
a clamp with cloth and
exercising
the decisive
blows on the leg.
Remove oil seal and bushing
from the outer tube itself.
⓫ Remove all the components (A-
B-C-D-E).
Replace « A » with a new one.
⓬ Grease the seat of the oil
seal.
❽ Remove with a
screwdriver the dust seal.
« A »: Bearing bushing of the inner tube;
« B »: Bearing bushing of the upper tube;
« C »: Washer;
« D »: Oil seal to replace;
« E »: Dust seal.
⓭ Tighten the pipe in the vise with the special
shells "X" side without checking that the drain is
against bush "B".
·With decisive blows of the outer tube, the bushing
“B” in place N.B.: check that it is fully entered into
here.
⓮ Insert the washer "C" against bushing "B",
making sure that the lip of the collar is upwards.
