4. In the Report Window, click ‘New Page’ and then choose between ‘Opening’, ‘Inner’ and
‘Closing’ page types.
•
Opening pages:
Typically used for report title page; can contain text, shapes and graphics;
cannot be used to display reading data; prints first when printing a report.
•
Inner pages:
Typically used for showing reading data (run charts, measurements); prints in
the middle when printing a report.
•
Closing pages:
Typically used for report notes/summary page; can contain text, shapes
and graphics; cannot be used to display reading data; prints last when printing a report.
The new page will then appear in the Report Window.
5. Click on the page in the Report Window and then click on the Edit button. The Page Designer
will start.
6. Follow the instructions in “The page designer” on page 47 to define your report.
7. Click ‘Save’ to save your report layout when you are finished.
20.4 Viewing a Custom Report
To view a custom report:
1. In the Explorer Window, navigate to the folder where your data is stored.
2. In the List Window, click on the batch or batches you want to view. To select more than one
batch, hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key and click on the batches required.
