5. Application
1. Check if the cushion is in perfect condition.
2. Place the seat cushion with the ripped side upwards
on solid and level seating.
3. Sit on the cushion.
4. Sit on the seat cushion as long as it is comfortable for you and / or do 10 minu-
tes of exercises on it every day.
5. If the cushion loses air after using it, simply pump it back up with the hand
pump provided. To do that, screw the needle onto the pump and then insert it
into the intended valve of the cushion. Now press the pump until the desired
air volume is reached. In order to remove air from the cushion, simply push the
needle into the valve without the pump and gently squeeze the cushion until
you have the volume of air you want.
Tip: In the provided exercise programme you will find exercise suggestions for
effective pelvic floor training with the seat cushion.
6. Safety information
Only use the seat cushion on solid and level seating!
Avoid contact with sharp or pointed objects in order to prevent damaging
the cushion!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or disinfectants containing alcohol or
chlorine and do not use hot air for drying!
7. Cleaning and care instructions

The seat cushion can be cleaned with a mild cleaning agent and a moist cloth.

Please separate the individual components of the packaging according to dif-
ferent materials and recycle them appropriately. Please observe the local and
regional disposal regulations in the process.
