Do not cook before the fuel has a coating of ash..
The barbecue has to be installed on a secure level base prior to use.
The barbecue shall be heated up and the fuel kept red hot for at least 30
min prior to the first cooking.

This barbecue will become very hot, do not move it during
operation!

Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or re-lighting!
Use only firelighters complying to EN 1860-3!

Do not use the barbecue in a confined and/or habitable space e.g. houses,
tents, caravans, motor homes, boats. Danger of carbon monoxide poiso-
ning fatality.
How to light the BBQ grill
Remove the grill and place the charcoal inside the BBQ, forming a pile.
Add two or three firelighters, ignite and cover with additional charcoal, avoid
extingui-shing the flame.
Wait until you achieve embers ideal for cooking
The fuel is charcoal with an appropriate amount of charcoal, no limitation for the
quantity below the fire bowl.
Before starting the roast, wait the ash cover the fuel
Before using the BBQ must be placed on a horizontal, stable and solid surface.
It is recommended that you keep the fuel incandescent for at least 30 minutes
before first cooking.
