•

There is no access to the EK HOTEL: It is connected directly to the WAN port. Then verify that it

is within the IP range of the equipment, by default it comes with 172.16.5.209 mask 255.255.255.0.
A ping attempt is made to that IP if it responds the IP 172.16.5.209:9090 should be able to be

accessed.

•

The STBs cannot be seen: It must be verified that the STBs are correctly connected to the
network and added in the EK HOTEL.
