The monitor’s settings can be configured to suit the usage environment or personal preference.

USB CHARGE Port
Normal
Charging Only
The USB downstream “CHARGE” port of the monitor supports
USB 3.0 quick charging. By changing this setting to “Charging
Only”, devices connected to the “CHARGE” port can be charged
in less time than the “Normal” setting.
•
Before changing this setting, disconnect all
communication between the PC and all USB devices
connected to the monitor. Changing this setting
temporarily cuts off all communication.
•
Devices that connect to the “CHARGE” port must
also support quick charging.
•
When set to “Charging Only”, data communication
between the PC and the connected device becomes
unavailable on the “CHARGE” port and the
connected device will not operate.
•
When set to “Charging Only”, charging can be
performed without connecting the monitor and PC
with a USB cable.
