Image Problems
Problem: No image appears on the screen
1.
Verify the settings on your notebook or desktop PC.
2.
Turn off all equipment and power on again in the correct order.
Problem: The image is blurred
1.
Press the
Focus
button to adjust the focus on the projector.
2.
Press the
Auto
button to automatically optimize image.
3.
Ensure the projector-to-screen distance is within the specified range.
4.
Check that the projector lens is clean.
Problem: The image is wider at the top or bottom (trapezoid effect)
1.
Position the projector so it is as perpendicular to the screen as possible.
2.
Press the
Keystone H
or
Keystone V
button on the remote control to correct the problem.
Problem: The image is reversed
Check the
Rear Projection
on the
SETUP
menu of the OSD.
Problem: The image is streaked
1.
Set the
Phase
and
Frequency
settings on the
PICTURE
menu of the OSD to the default settings.
2.
Ensure the problem is not caused by a connected PC’s video card, connect to another computer.
Problem: The image is flat with no contrast
Adjust the
Contrast
setting on the
PICTURE
menu of the OSD.
Problem: The color of the projected image does not match the source image
Adjust the
Color Temperature
and
Gamma
settings on the
PICTURE > Advanced
menu of the OSD.
Problem: How to use computer to display 3D image
1.
Use VGA or HDMI or DVI cable to connect projector and computer.
2.
Change the computer signal output to “Display Only” on projector.
3.
Set computer output resolution to 1280x720@120Hz or 1024x768@120Hz
4.
Comfirm the 3D function is enable.(OSD PICTURE -> 3D Display -> 3D Enable -> On)
5.
Use any 3D video software to output 1280x720@120Hz frame sequential or 1024x768@120Hz frame
