Temperature control unit

Description

Temperature control is applicable for the jacketed XDUO 2500 Mixer. The mixer vessel
is surrounded by a vessel jacket where a temperature controlling fluid circulates. Tem-
perature control is provided by a separate temperature control unit (TCU). The TCU keeps
the circulating fluid at the designated temperature.

The TCU setpoint is provided by the XDUO 2500 Mixer PLC system. The TCU gets a remote
input from the mixer via a cable that connects the TCU with the mixer I/O Cabinet.

Consult the manufacturer's manuals for more information about the TCU.
