Power or communication failure

Power failure

XDUO 2500 Mixer is not provided with UPS power backup. If the I/O Cabinet is discon-
nected from power supply, then agitation, pH control, and temperature control stop.

Restart after power failure

Follow the instructions below to restart XDUO 2500 Mixer after power failure.

Action

Step

Connect the main power cord.

1

Turn on the mains power supply by turning the system power switch to I
ON position.

2

Tap RESET on the local control software screen.

3

Result: All control loops remain in safe state with nothing running. FlexFactory
connected system returns to Local control mode.
