Chapter 5 Common faults and investigation methods during
installation

The control
cabinet
cannot be
started
Check 1: whether the input power supply is normal;
Check 2: whether the sequence of control cabinet power aerial
plug-in wiring is correct;
Check 3: whether the disconnector is closed;
Check 4: whether the fuse core of fuse "FU1" is damaged. If it
is damaged, please replace it;
Check 5: whether the fuse core of fuse "FU2" is damaged. If it
is damaged, please replace it;
Check 6: whether the fuse core of fuse "FU3" is damaged. If it
is damaged, please replace it;
Check 7: whether the fuse core of fuse "FU4" is damaged. If it
is damaged, please replace it;
Check 8: after the above operation, the problem still cannot be
solved. Please contact our after-sales personnel.
If the fuse core
or fuse is damaged,
please replace it
with the same
specification
After the
control
cabinet is
started, the
emergency
stop alarm
is displayed
Check 1: whether the emergency stop button on the control
cabinet panel is reset;
Check 2: whether the teaching pendant is connected normally
and whether the emergency stop button of the teaching pendant
is reset;
Check 3: whether the emergency stop button of the control
cabinet is connected and reset normally.
Check 4: after the above operation, the problem still cannot be
solved. Please contact our after-sales personnel.
The emergency stop
button is triggered
by default, please
reset when using.
The
teaching
pendant
cannot be
started
Check 1: whether the harness connector of the teaching pendant
is installed in place and rotate the latch;
Check 2: whether the fuse core of fuse "fu4" is damaged. If it is
damaged, please replace it;
Check 3: the motion control card file is damaged, contact our
after-sales personnel.
Check 4: after the above operation, it still cannot be solved,
please contact our after-sales personnel.
If the fuse core or
fuse is damaged,
