Note: The duty cycle of flickering is 50%, and the duty cycle of flashing is less than 30%. In
case of fault, the fault solution can be inquired according to the fault code displayed in the upper
position. When the drive indicator is in normal condition, controlling the servo drive operation can
be started through the upper position at this time.

3.4 Safety Function Unit
This safety circuit includes the motion controller watchdog, the emergency stop of the control
cabinet, the external emergency stop, the emergency stop of the teach pendant, the safety relay, the
safety relay expansion module, and servo drive STO function.
