5.4 Dismantle and inspect the
valve
5.4.1 Manual valves
Refer to Figure 1 for items in brackets.
1. Remove the screws (12) which secure the valve-
plate (11) to the valve-shaft (13) and then remove
the valve-plate.
2. Remove the blanking-plug (14) and then remove the
valve-shaft and the operating lever from the valve-
body (1). Take care not to damage the valve-shaft
'O' rings during this operation.
3. Inspect the valve-plate 'O' ring (10), the blanking-
plug 'O' ring (2) and the valve-shaft seal 'O' rings (3
and 4). If necessary, replace the 'O' rings as
described in Sections
5.6 and 5.7 . Reassemble the
valve as described in Section 5.5.1 .
5.4.2 QSB63P, QSB100P and QSB160P
valves
Refer to Figures 2 and 3 for items in brackets.
1. Remove the screws (12) and take off the safety
cover (11) and the back-plate (15).
2. Remove the pin which secures the fork (13) to the
link-arm (8) and then remove the fork.
3. Remove the screws (4) which secure the valve-plate
(5) to the the valve-shaft (6) and then remove the
valve-plate.
5.4 Ventil zerlegen und
prüfen
5.4.1 Manuelle Ventile
Die in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung in Klammern
angegebenen laufenden Nummern beziehen sich auf die
Abbildung 1 .
1. Lösen Sie die Schrauben (12), mit denen die
Ventilplatte (11) an der Ventilwelle (13) befestigt
ist, und nehmen Sie dann die Ventilplatte ab.
2. Nehmen Sie den Verschluß (14) ab und nehmen Sie
dann Ventilwelle und Stellhebel aus dem
Ventilkörper (1) heraus. Passen Sie dabei auf, daß
die O-Ringe der Ventilwelle während dieses
Arbeitsganges nicht beschädigt werden.
3. Prüfen Sie den O-Ring der Ventilplatte (10), den
O-Ring des Verschlusses (2) und die O-Ringe der
Ventilwellendichtung (3 und 4). Gegebenenfalls die
O-Ringe austauschen wie in den Abschnitten
5.6
und 5.7 beschrieben. Das Ventil wieder
zusammenbauen wie in Abschnitt 5.5.1
beschrieben.
5.4.2 QSB63P, QSB100P und QSB160P
Ventile
Die in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung in Klammern
angegebenen laufenden Nummern beziehen sich auf die
Abbildungen
2 und 3 .
1. Lösen Sie die Schrauben (12) und nehmen Sie die
Sicherheitsabdeckung (11) und Rückplatte (15) ab.
5.4 Démontage et examen de
la vanne
5.4.1 Vannes à commande manuelle

1. Retirez les vis (12) qui immobilisent le clapet de la
vanne (11) sur l'axe de la vanne (13) puis déposez
ce clapet.
2. Retirez le bouchon d'obturation (14) puis déposez
du corps de la vanne (1) l'axe de la vanne et le
levier de commande. Faites très attention de ne
pas endommager les joints toriques de l'axe de la
vanne pendant cette opération.
3. Examinez le joint torique du clapet de la vanne
(10), le joint torique du bouchon d'obturation (2) et
les joints toriques de l'axe de la vanne (3 et 4). Le
cas échéant, remplacez les joints toriques en
procédant comme indiqué aux Sections
5.6 et 5.7 .
Remontez cette vanne comme indiqué
Section 5.5.1 .
5.4.2 Vannes QSB63P, QSB100P et
QSB160P

1. Retirez les vis (12) puis déposez le couvercle de
sécurité (11) et la contre-plaque (15).
