Connecting Local Console

The local console port on your QMS 4060 uses an RS-232C interface
connected between the interface panel on the back of the printer and
a common terminal.

Setting Up Local Console

Use this procedure to connect the local console port.

Connect a modem-based cable with a nine-pin female con-
nector to the printer interface panel.
