Tool Application:
To prevent injuries, a safety cable is locking the handle in the folded position.
To unfold the handle, open the Cable snap A of Fig. A and unfold the handle by
lifting it upwards and insert the pin to lock the handle in upright position as
shown in Fig. B.

Failure to plug the unit into a
properly grounded receptacle and test
with UL approved voltage tester could
result in serious bodily injury.
The Tile Breaker should be tested
before each use.
1. Before connecting the tool to a
power source, make sure that the
voltage supplied is the same as the
one specified on the nameplate of
the tool.
2. Plug into 120-volt receptacle.
3. Use a suitable electrical extension
cord. This machine should be
grounded while in use to protect the
operator from electric shock.
4. If the machine doesn't start, stops
while running, or if the operator
experiences a mild shock, do not
use the machine! Take it to your
rental dealer for repairs.
WARNING:
Disconnect the plug from the
power source before making any assembly,
adjustments or changing accessories. Such
preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the tool accidentally.
Always wear eye protection. Used under
the
appropriate
conditions,
safety
equipment such as; dust mask, non-skid
safety shoe, safety helmet, or hearing
protection, will reduce injuries.
Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.
Contain long hair. Keep hair, clothing,
and gloves away from moving parts.
Do not operate machine if operator or
machine is standing in water. This will
increase the risk of electrical shock.

Always disconnect power cord before proceeding to chisel installation or
removal.

Insert chisel as shown in the following Fig. 1, 2 and 3.
a) Push back the tool chuck. Fig. 1.
b) Insert the chisel in the chuck while holding back the chuck. Turn the
chisel and push in until it goes completely inside. Fig. 2.
c) Release the chuck. Pull back the chisel to be sure that it is been
locked and does not come out. Fig. 3.

To start removing ceramic tiles, press the Trigger switch A (Fig. 4)
and push t h e chisel on the tiles. Pressing the Trigger will activate
the motor of the tool and the push movement will initiate the hammering
action.
To change the angle, Keep pressing the Trigger for 2 seconds and then
concurrently press the tool Angle Selector Switch up or down until proper
angle is positioned. Then start removing tile or mortar. Do not change the
angle while removing tile or mortar. This will damage the angle selecting
system.
