GraTe raNGe INsTallaTION
WarNING: Tipping hazard. follow these instructions to install the
fire securely.
Note: No fixings required for Scope 700, Scope 500 & Scope 340

Equipment required: pencil, long handled phillips head screw driver,
hammer and drill.
1. Confirm that you have received all necessary parts as illustrated;
2. Position the Grate so the mouth of the flame is positioned a minimum
of 1500mm [59.1in] away from curtains, flammable materials and
other sources of ignition;
3. Using a pencil, outline the position of two (2) diagonally opposite
legs;
4. Remove the Grate and drill holes in the centre of the positions marked;
Hammer the supplied anchor into the holes;
5. Screw locking feet (A and B) into the holes drilled;
6. Lower the Grate into position over the two (2) locking feet;
7. Using the allen key supplied, secure the Grate into position by
tightening the screw (C) which is located on the outside of the leg of
the Grate. Do not over-tighten.

Equipment required: pencil, long handled phillips head screw driver,
hammer and drill.
1. Confirm that you have received all necessary parts as illustrated;
2. Position the Grate so the mouth of the flame is positioned a minimum
of 1500mm [59.1in] away from curtains, flammable materials and
other sources of ignition;
3. Using a pencil, mark the screw position on the two (2) brackets at the
base of the Grate;
4. Remove the Grate and drill holes in the centre of the positions
marked; Hammer the supplied plastic plugs into the holes.
5. Place the Grate back into position and secure into position using the
supplied screw.
Do no over-tighten.
