INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
2.1 Running the Setup Program
IMPORTANT:
Before proceeding, make sure that all ECOM
TM
devices are detached from your
computer and that all programs are closed.
1)
Download and run the ECOM
TM
driver installation application. Versions 3.1.0.15 or newer will
work on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems including Windows XP, Windows Vista,
Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. V3.5.0.0 or newer is strongly recommended for
Windows 10. V3.5.0.0 or newer is mandatory for ECOM
TM
v2 hardware.
