Structure
5.1
Mechanical structure
The rotor head sits at the end of the twofold ball bearing rotor shaft and is driven by a
direct current motor via a flexible coupling.
The product is fed via a metering tip running parallel to the rotor shaft; the product
connection is integrated in the head piece of the rotor spray. Alternatively, the metering
valve can be fixed directly on the rotor spray using the elbow bracket available in the
accessories.
The speed is set using an adjustment ring at the end of the rotor spray.
The voltage is fed and the signal is exchanged via a 5-pole plug connector.

5.2
Electrical structure
The electrical structure comprises the drive motor, a control board with speed controller
and power unit as well as the plug-in connector with bayonet cap.
5.2.1
Speed adjustment
The speed adjustment is done with Multiline 1000 or Multiline 6000 control unit.
