Replacing the LPG Level Switch (P480 through

P1280)

CAUTION

Turn off power at the Main disconnect.

CAUTION

Close the inlet hand valve and bleed off pressure in the vaporizer
before proceeding.

1. Remove the conduit cover (1).

2. Pull out and separate the wires (2).

3. Disconnect the conduit union (3).

4. Unscrew the conduit elbow from the liquid level switch (4).

5. Remove

the

switch.

When re-installing the float switch, use a teflon base thread compound. Check
for leaks.
