Testing the Heater Elements

WARNING

Shut off power at the Main disconnect before doing this test. This
is the high voltage section of the vaporizer.

Refer to the Data Sheet

for the drawing number and model size. Then refer to

the bussing diagram in Appendix A then select the model number from the Data
for important resistance measurements are shown: heater resistance wire to wire
and individual resistance.

1. HEATER RESISTANCE WIRE TO WIRE

Perform this procedure from inside the control box as shown below. Measure
across any two poles using an ohmmeter on a low resistance scale. The reading
should be the same as called out on the Bussing Diagram. Next, check between
any two other poles. Again, the readings should be the same as called out on
the Bussing Diagram.
